At Schnelle Partners we are a dedicated team that works together to provide a complete accounting and tax service that helps our clients achieve their business goals.

Each member of our team has a diverse range of skills allowing us to offer our clients an individual service tailored to their specific needs.
Roger founded Schnelle Partners in July 2001. Before that he was a partner in various Accountancy Practices around Albury. He is a Chartered Accountant as well as an Authorised Representative in Financial Planning.
Roger has vast experience in helping clients set up, successfully run and sell their businesses. This includes helping clients set up the correct structures to run their business and make sure they pay no more tax than legally required.
When not at work Roger and his wife enjoy travelling overseas and in Oz. He is a Rotarian, a single figure golfer and plays guitar and piano.
Cindy has been with Schnelle Partners since the 2011 merger with The Next Step. Cindy started with The Next Step in 2003 and before that worked for an accounting firm in Bega giving her over 20 years experience in the profession. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Business attained by studying part-time whilst working full-time.
Cindy is a senior accountant with Schnelle Partners and deals with a vast range of clientele including farmers, medical professionals, retailers, manufacturers as well as rental property owners. She holds accreditations with Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, Reckon One and is particularly proficient in MYOB, Xero and Reckon.
Outside of work interests include travelling, music concerts and gardening, her two labradors and frequent visits to her nephews in Melbourne.
Ryan joined Schnelle Partners as a senior accountant in May 2018. Before joining the team Ryan worked at Crowe Horwath Albury for over 5 years in the business advisory team. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) which he completed at Charles Sturt University while working full time. He is currently undertaking further studies to become a Chartered Accountant.
Ryan has developed a strong drive for helping out clients and gets great satisfaction out of seeing how his work impacts their lives. Working in Albury has given Ryan great experience working on a large range of industries including small to medium sized family business operations and investments, primary producers, construction and car dealers.
Ryan has a keen interest in cloud accounting not only because of the efficiency gained from an accounting and bookkeeping perspective but from it's ability to create a start to end software solution. With many efficiency features cloud accounting gives clients more time to focus on other aspects of their business. Ryan holds accreditations with Xero, QuickBooks Online and MYOB.

Alice joined the Schnelle Partners team in 2015 and has previous experience working in administrative/secretarial roles with local businesses. In 2017 Alice completed her Bachelor of Accounting at Charles Sturt University.
Alice is the office Practice Administrator, taking care of Schnelle Partners internal bookkeeping, payroll, and KPI monitoring. Alice also supports and works with the rest of the admin team.
On the weekend Alice loves to spend time with her golden retrievers Lilly and Ari, go out for brunch with her partner and catch up with family and friends.
Dianne has been receptionist in the front office with Schnelle Partners since 2009.
Previously Dianne has had various roles in Albury including office manager at a local jewellery store and administration assistant with GIO Financial Planning. Dianne studied business administration at Albury TAFE.
Dianne likes working in a busy office and particularly enjoys meeting clients and hearing stories about their families, travel and achievements. As well as reception Dianne assists the Admin team with their busy workload.
Meg joined Schnelle Partners in 2014 following the merger with Carol Judd & Co. Previously, she has had varied roles in legal and accounting offices and holds a Certificate IV in Financial Accounting.
Meg is part of the office administration team and is also responsible for all corporate secretarial matters including the preparation and lodgement of ASIC forms, ordering companies, trusts and self managed super funds and relevant ATO registrations. She can also attend to Business Name registrations on your behalf.
When not at work Meg enjoys travelling overseas, watching Netflix and spending time with her husband and two children.
After 10 years in the banking industry, Shelly completed a Certificate 3 in Business and has since worked in administration and book keeping for small business.
At Schnelle Partners, she enjoys a part time role and also provides relief for the remaining administration team. Her specialty is communicating with the ATO to rectify issues on behalf of our valued clients.
Outside of work Shelly is busy with her family, enjoys being active and keeping up with her children. The family have a passion for outback travel and lots of camping.
